The towels in the apartment were amazing - I felt like I was wrapped in a cloud! So luxurious!
Oh, and let's not forget the charming smell coming from the nearby construction site. Simply delightful.

The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. They provided helpful information and made our stay enjoyable. the apartment was centrally located, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. It was convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the well-maintained and fully equipped apartment, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation.
That the double bed in the apartment was not as comfortable as we would have liked. It had a significant dip in the middle, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Being in the heart of the old town, you'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. the apartment is spacious and clean, offering comfortable and safe bedrooms away from the front for a peaceful night's sleep.
There are six flights of stairs to climb, which can be a challenge for some guests.

The value for money at Piso Teatro Romano was excellent, and the room itself was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center but still peaceful, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
The breakfast option could have been more diverse, with a wider selection of choices.

We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Met at the door by Lucio with the keys at exactly the time as arranged. View from the lounge window was stunning. Lovely spacious rooms. Location was exceptional on the edge of roman amphitheatre. Short walk to the port, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Instructions for parking were perfect. Ideally placed in the center for everything but still remained quiet. Very central to everything, near to restaurants, bars, shops, and short walk to Roman museum. The host Adrian was friendly and met up with us with the keys. The apartment has everything you need. We hope to return next year and do a boat trip and visit the nearby beaches.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Stunning view of Roman ruins, especially at night. Modern, air-conditioned apartment. Adrian and his son offered to carry our bags and provided water in the fridge. Guido helped us find parking and gave great restaurant recommendations. Everything was perfect for our stay.
